Why do I need to provide a telephone number?

Please provide a telephone number (with country code, e.g. +34 for Spain) with every purchase, where we can reach you – also during your holiday – in case something should happen in connection with your booking, e.g. bad weather etc.

Why can’t I select a specific date?

1. It is possible that the activity or event you would like to attend is already fully booked.

2. It is possible that the event will not take place on the date you have selected.

What is the booking process at gloogs.com?

The first step is to go to our website, find the link to the offer you want and complete the purchase. Immediately after booking, you will receive an email with details of your purchase. We will then process your order. You will then receive a second email with the confirmation and QR code, you need to attend the event. If you booked a transfer, then you also find in this email the exact time and location of the meeting. This second email will always reach you in time, even for last minute bookings. So please give us a little time – we’ll hurry to send it in time!

What happens if an excursion is cancelled?

In exceptional circumstances where such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option of rescheduling the trip, taking other excursions or receiving a refund.

What does the group price mean?

It means that the price for the activity is for the total number of people in the group who will participate in the activity. It is not an individual price.

Is there a minimum number of participants for a private tour?

We are sorry, but we do not offer private tours.
