No, you don´t have to print it out, the booking confirmation (email) is enough.
Unfortunately, we do not offer postal delivery, but we do send the booking confirmation by email.
Normally it should not be a problem. But it depends on your debit card provider.
Cash payment is only possible in one of our shops or at authorised merchants. At gloogs.com you see a list of shops.
For most activities/excursions, places are limited. Especially in high season, demand is high. We therefore always recommend booking as far in advance as possible so that we can reserve the required places on the day of your choice.
All activities end at the place where they started. If your excursion includes a transfer, you will be dropped off at the same place where you were picked up.
In these cases, please organise your own transfer to the starting point of the activity. You have the choice between public transport (in this case you can ask at the hotel reception or via Google Maps under the bus/train icon), a taxi or renting a car/motorbike for the day. The latter is often the cheapest option. Remember to leave early to be prepared for unforeseen events, e.g. if the public transport bus does not arrive on time.
For groups of 5 or more and for early bookings, we can organise a private transfer for you. If you have any questions about organising a private transfer, please contact email@example.com directly with the following details: Number of people, desired route, time, date and your contact details (phone number, email). We will contact you by email as soon as we have the price for the transfer.
Depending on the offer, pick-up is included or not. If it is included, the possible pick-up points/areas can be chosen while booking. The transfer usually always includes a return trip: you will be picked up and dropped off at the same location. The pick-up is either directly at your hotel, if the bus can stop there, or at a nearby location that is only a few minutes’ walk away.
As most fincas are in remote locations, narrow streets and/or difficult to access and the bus cannot change its normal route, please choose a hotel near your finca while booking to get picked up there.
You will receive the meeting point/departure point for the activity via a Google Maps link together with the tickets to the email address you provided when you made your purchase; this is after we have received your booking. In the link of the desired offer you will find an approximate address of the starting point of the activity. You will receive the exact address by e-mail when we send you the booking confirmation, as an address (for navigation systems) and as a link to Google Maps. If in doubt, you can also ask at the reception of your hotel how to get to the place you want.
It is very important (and we clearly point this out) to be on time at the meeting point/departure point of the activity. For the bus pick-up, it is essential to be at the meeting point indicated in the email. These buses stop specifically at the pick-up points, if there is no one there, they cannot wait due to the timetables to be respected. Sometimes the buses can be delayed by a few minutes due to traffic. It is therefore very important that you do not leave the pick-up point so that you do not miss the bus. For some excursions/activities it is necessary to give instructions, so it is necessary to be there before the start time of the activity so that all instructions can be given before the excursion/activity starts.
