One of the best-known areas when talking about Majorca, is undoubtedly the famous Playa de Palma which after all encompasses part of Arenal and reaches almost to Can Pastilla. There are 6 km of beach and with one of the most impressive seafronts, over many years many shops, restaurants and even the well-known Balnearios have been renovated, giving it a more modern character and each one with a theme more adapted to the Beach club model. Megapark is undoubtedly another of the daytime and night-time leisure establishments which, with its original aesthetics, very well cared for and with a programme of world-renowned artists, mean that this area is visited by millions of people every year.
This excursion gives clients staying in other areas of the island the opportunity to spend a day in Playa de Palma, it is a bus transfer that goes from the pick-up area directly to the destination. This way you can enjoy Playa de Palma as you see fit.
Here are some recommendations and options:
Spend a few hours on the beach. Eat at some of the restaurants in the area, such as Sol in spa 0 with international food and a terrace overlooking the sea which makes it very popular. If you fancy authentic, homemade Italian pasta, you can stop by Sicilia in Bocca located in spa 4, also with sea views and a traditional oven to bake the pizzas in a traditional way. Another great option and at the same time a lot of fun to go along the 6 km of the beach or even further afield is the hourly rental of escooters, the latest electric scooters, which you can rent at gloogs.com in Balneario 4 and at the office in Balneario 1. Many clients rent the escooters to go to Palma Aquarium and spend a few hours in this spectacular park as it is in the same area. You can buy your tickets at gloogs.com and avoid queuing at the ticket office.
If you are looking for more fun and are over 18, then why not spend a few hours in the biggest biergarden in Europe, megapark, every day with performances and themed parties from 10 am with free admission, where you can enjoy music, artists of the likes of Mickie Krause, Die Atzen, Lorenz Büffel, Isi Glück, Finch and Dutch artists in the summer months.
